Thanx mate...

Much appreciated...

And as far as the drinking until sh*t-faced - If that's what it takes then I guess it's a sacrifice I'll have to make...

Lucky it's the weekend!!!!

Firstly, apologies for the profile stalking...

I clicked on your name rather than the 'mention'...

Anyway...

Yeah, I don't do the selfie thing...

It's kinda funny..

As a fat dude, I was never worried about how I looked...

But now that I'm 'less fat', I'm starting to get a little vain...

I mean, I know I'm no oil painting, but I still find myself stretching my neck forward or turning myself upside down if I've gotta take/send a pic...

I'm really not a fan...

But sometimes you've just gotta do stuff...

Hopefully it works and a few of us can take advantage of it...

Lol no worries about the stalking!

I'm usually not one for selfies but find seeing pics of myself makes it more concrete mentally. The shift from an obese person to one that's almost "normal" is hard for me still.

I don't mind the selfies thing really...

As you say, it's not a bad way to track your progress...

Or your journey to hotness...

I don't think the cream even works for what is meant for.

My friend keeps telling me to use retin a on my neck but I keep telling him that it won't work. There are neck exercises you can try but honestly, once you stretch skin out the only way to fix it is through plastic surgery.

@@KindaFamiliar First off, your threads are hilarious. There is almost nothing you type that I don't enjoy reading.

However, if you'll forgive my hyper-analytical brain possibly raining on your parade, I'm not sure this would be an effective long term treatment. I believe that the effects of a hemorrhoid cream are only temporary. It may tighten as long as you apply it regularly, but you're not likely to reach the point of it "working" and no longer needing it. I could be wrong of course. I often am. I'm certainly no doctor!

That said, I think I might try it on the little bat wings I'm forming when I go sleeveless as we head into warmer weather. Can't hurt anyway.

Chances are you're right...

But this will entertain a few of us on and off over the next few weeks...

And who knows - we may even learn something...

Possibly...I just need to get in better with the Queens...they know how to tape and make you look like you have had an instant facelift!

I have always said that if I want makeup and beauty tips forget the makeup counter at Barneys...go to the Queens !

Anyone seen preview commercial for My big fat Greek wedding 2 ?

"Wait! Hold my neck back for the picture!"

that's going to be me ! Making my partner hold my neck for every pic! She will think I'm a nut! Lol

This is fantastic!!!

I've never heard of roid cream being used for skin forming. Hahaha. Do let us knowing it works.

So, here's the plan:

Spread some of the "roid" cream onto a kotex pad, then secure the pad to your ears.

I guarantee you NO ONE will notice the "roid" cream.

(selfies of "the plan" are a requirement of the experiment)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
