@@Twuzzy, you and I have the 7th! Are you starting to get nervous?

I am getting very nervous. I start my 2week liquid diet in a little over 24 hrs, and am worried about my resolve there. How are you doing?

I'm one of the lucky ones - my surgeon doesn't require pre-op diet. Trying to keep busy to distract myself from the fact that we are just 2 weeks away. I'm both nervous and excited. Good luck to all of us!

Supposed to be June 10 sleeve however still don't know having some problems with the office submitting the paperwork to insurance so well have to wait and see. Good luck to everyone that is for sure getting the surgery

Nervous here too! But a wild bout of IBS last week and trip to ER in an ambulance shows me it's time to change. I need to lose weight and give up dairy, beef, and fried food and find a new outlet in life

Hello everyone! I am June 30th if insurance approves me after my next weigh in with NUT this week. Looking forward to making some friendships and giving support to others as well as receiving some!

Well, I start my pre op diet in the morning. My surgery is on June 4th. Wish me luck, I am going to give her hell and hopefully come out on the other side better than I am now. ;-)

June 1st in Issaquah, Wa. getting sleeved...

I am scheduled for June 27, 2016. I start my pre-op on June 6. It was kind of weird, a lot of people seemed to be on a stricter pre-op diet. I have a fatty liver and my pre-op diet consists of 4 Protein shakes per day, lunch and dinner is either a Healthy Choice Frozen meal with vegetables or 6 oz lean meat with one cup of vegetables. I was surprised at this as every diet I have seen online has been so much less. I really want to make sure my liver shrinks so the surgery can be done laproscopically. I am having the surgery done at one of the top hospitals in Massachusetts and a very trusted surgeon so I know they have experience at what they are doing so am following exactly as they say
