I agree my body was so ached a couple days ago so i drank a premier Protein Shake and not even kidding felt way better in a couple hours . I might just have to keep doing it because this is ridiculous i just finished grocery shopping not even 1 hours out and about and i feel drained. Hardly eating as in no where near what i used to i do eat small meals every 2-3 hours , my surgeon said no protein until im moved to diet 3 same with Vitamins none til then . liquids im getting there im between 32 and 50 oz depends on the day some i drink like nothing and other days i just cant . Hello everyone today Im 2 weeks post surgery and feeling down i hardly eat still in puree stage and havent had much weightloss wth , surgery day i was 216 day 5 at Doc visit i was 213 I havent weight myself because im scared is gonna be the same my clothes are still tight i look and feel the same i guess im just worries this will not work for me , did anyone else start slow and then picked up? Im there with you only my husband , daughter, mom and my besf friend know they are very supportive, as for the rest of the people is none of their business you can always say you are on a high Protein low carb diet plus real strict with portion control which by the way is the truth i dont see why anyone needs to know . Hi !! Congratulations on your upcoming surgery ! I'm 3 weeks post op and I feel great! Unfortunately I had my Bloody friend my day of surgery (May 10th) and I was given a granny panty and a pad to use just right before surgery while I was putting on my gown. I was told the hospital will not allow you to go into the operating room with your own personal underwear or pad as everything needs to be clean and sterile through there standards .. I was even given a new pair in the mng with lots of pads for my overnight stay and I was fine..and two days later when I got home it left Thank you and congratulations to you as well . Yes they told me they would give me that right before surgery i was worried because i know they will be putting in a catheter so i didnt know but they assured me is not a problem .
