Anybody else get an extreme amount of energy from a protein shake

Hey everybody,

I'm headed towards my 5th week. Energy has been somewhat of a struggle however, yesterday was the best energy day yet.

I'm down 31 pounds since starting, last week I hit a stall, but this week starting losing again.

On my way back to work from a break I felt I needed something for energy, I took a protein shake instead, and boom Energy galore. Is this normal? It felt good , anybody had this is or similar experience? ?

I used clear isopure protein drinks from day 2 post surgery...my energy level never waned. So I don't think your experience is unique
