ANY HELPFUL POINTS TO STAY ON TRACK

Any helpful suggestions to stay on track. I'm aware of the stalls you may encounter, but looking for any helpful information/suggestions/tips that helped you loose weight, reach your goal, stay motivated, etc.... Scale has slowed down and I'm realizing I hand to work harder to shed a pound
