I had my surgery in July 2015, and have lost about 80 pounds so far. I have lost a lot of inches and wear all new clothes. I am still working on healthy eating but am doing better. I have listened to my doctor and my dietician, and am exercising regularly. I realize now how bad my health was at my highest weight, and how much better I feel now!

I had my op July 16 2015 lost 86 lb and feel great. I have found this web site so helpful and I love reading about other folks and how they are doing. Just started the c25k after reading jamielogicals post and I wish all the best to my fellow sleevers.

@@melbykins that's a wonderful wt loss. As you can see above I have some work to do[emoji16] I've also lost many inches and you can definitely see the loss but my scale isn't reflecting what I want to see... Therefore I realize I need to do much better if I want to meet my goal by my anniversary date 9/25/16

My highest weight was 386, surgery weight 358 and my weight this morning 269! I wasn't using my tool as I should have and the scale reflected it. I joined in the memorial day challenge and have been very focused and motivated since then! :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
