The Fuzzy Navel is great but VERY hard to get in Australia...

I currently mix the banana and the strawberry flavours together to make a fruity Protein party in my mouth...

FYI - I was able to get two 40oz containers of Syntrax vanilla at my local Vitamin Shoppe for $19 each on clearance.. they only had vanilla but it's delicious. That's a great price.

I have just bought the sample pack to try but I like them better than others that I have tried they are not as heavy on the stomach.

I tried the grapefruit but it didn't seem to dissolve all way - any hints on getting it to mix better? I used a shaker bottle. There are even bits stuck to the inside of the bottle. I did like the flavor

I've found that you need to have patience with them. shake, let it sit, shake some more...

@kat27641. Try putting an ice cube in it while shaking, I used to do that when I did slim fast shakes.

I drink Twisted cherry every day and the Wild Grape and Crystal Sky on occasion. The only ones I really haven't liked were the Roadside Lemonade and lemon tea. They were both barf worthy.

Another good thing to do with these is mix them with cottage cheese or yogurt....it helps to keep the carbs and Protein in balance and makes them less boring

@@adrinanna - do you mix with plain unsweetened yogurt? There are so many brands of yogurt out there - I don't know which to choose. Any suggestions? Thanks, Karen
