I'm in Manhattan. Had surgery at NYPRESBYTERIAN

It was 4 months for approval and monthly weigh in with my PCP. Psyche evaluation, sleep study.

Oh wow. I seen the surgeon 2 weeks ago and have a tentative surgery date for 4/27. My surgeon had me fill out a monthly weight sheet and have my PCP sign it for 6 months. Had the social worker and nutritionist visit the same day. The cardiology and pulmonary are getting done next week but those aren't required for insurance just for pre op for the surgeon for clearance. There is no required weight loss before hand. I'm getting sleeved here in Poughkeepsie by Dr. Artuso

Also no sleep study, egd or colonoscopy are required either.

I didn't complain as long as it got approved. I would have gone to more visits lol
