How u been feeling sja?

Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I feel freakin' awesome! I have had no troubles and am back to my regular lifestyle with 40# less (25 since surgery) and more energy.

My NUT authorized soft food at 4 weeks and regular diet at 6 weeks. I'm eating whatever I want with no problems, have no pain anywhere and no reflux. I'm hungry a lot, but otherwise I'm great.

How are you feeling?

That's awesome glad to hear that ...I'm doing better and better each day ..I'm still sore were my incisions are @ ..and I still can't bend down without feeling a little discomfort ...I know in time it gets better ...wow your brave ..I'm on soft foods right now still ....and I'm so glad to hear you can eat whatever u want ..I hope I'll be the same way eventually ..but I do have a acid reflux ..I'm so bummed about that ..cause I never had problems with it before ..but I'll pop antacids and I'm good to go ..:)
