Canadian doctors? for surgery and /or fills

I am in Ottawa Canada and am interested in having this done. I know of a few doctors in Toronto, and believe there may be some in MOntreal? Any in northern NY?or Vermont? DOes anyone know of anyone that does fills and aftercare in Ottawa? I am wondering about going to Mexico, but if I do there is no way that I could go there for fills how ever often that is required....
