I am getting about 50ml 3 times a day. That just seems like a lot. Thoughts?

Not sure there's such a thing as "normal". One of the guys who had his sleeve the same day as me had a lot of drainage and had to empty it multiple times a day. I had almost none and didn't empty it once. Both of us ended up just fine, so I don't think it mattered in the long run. If you are very concerned about it, you could give your surgeon's office a call and make sure there's nothing to worry about.

I have to keep my drain in for 10 days. I was told day two when I left the hospital that I should be concerned if I start seeing around 500ml, so I would assume your still good. But checking with surgeon always helps ease the nerves.

It's out now. It was removed Tuesday
