Nurse Practioner in Marysville, WA

I am having my first fill with a nurse practioner in Marysville, WA (Northwest Fill Management) and am wondering if anyone has used them and can tell me about your experience. I could NOT find a Dr. in the Seattle/Tacoma/Everett area who would do a fill after surgery in Mexico. What gives???

What are the risks of doing the fill w/o laproscopy??

Many thanks for any information you can give me.
