@@leonelbreton Something to try. Isopure Water. 40 grams Protein in a bottle. Added bonus is hitting your water requirement. You can buy them in single bottles at GNC or Vitamin shoppe http://www.

  • Premiere protein shakes at 30g of protein each made it easy for me. I had two of those a day plus bone broth and some turkey. Gl

  • I tried the isopure but I couldn't get past the taste. I purchased bottle and bottles of it. I thought if I found someone in the San Francisco area that might want to try I would give them away to a g

For what it's worth, I am falling short of the guidelines on both Water and Protein. I am trying to drink extra fluids and also to get in 2 Meal Replacement shakes per day (40g protein there). I am not trying to force things though, as I really don't care to be vomiting, so while I try to meet goals, I am also listening to my body.

Walmart sells this product called New whey. It is liquid Protein. I comes in a 6 pack and fruit punch flavor. It is 15 bucks. It indicates it is for bariatric nutrition. One bottle has 42g of protein. However, I will warn you I would only use this if you were desperate to get your protein in because to me it tastes bad. I would definitely do the Premier Protein, Syntax, protein powders, etc before drinking this stuff. It may be convenient if you are in a real pinch to get your protein in.

One thing to be aware of is that much of the "protein" in New Whey comes from collagen (despite whey being in the name) and collagen is a poor form of protein for our bodies to utilize. You should try shakes where the main ingredient is whey isolate, as it is the best absorbed protein supplement. Also, your body can't process more than 30 grams of protein at a time, so shots or shakes with more than 30 grams are a waste and can actually damage your kidneys if used in excess.

Omg, I don't know how to take 70g of Protein a day, and 64 onz of liquid plus purée foods. I'm so lost. It's to Much for my sleeve. I need help I stared to feel very tired

Isopure is disgusting but it's really all u can think of. I have a Protein shake in the morning. One scoop of one brand is 15 g and two scoops of Bariatric fusion is 27 g a bottle of isopure is 40 g and I sip it all day. It takes the whole work day to finish it. Then there's eggs usually scrambled, cheese, I put unflavored bariatric fusion powder in my mashed potatoes and Soup. I like fish so I had broiled fish the other day. Hope this helps. I was never a big meat eater so looks like isopure is here to stay.

try purée chicken and beans well seasoned for flavor. It helped me on that stage then homemade turkey chili with a lot of beans.

As usual, thank you. i had only drank 1/2 of one tube and couldn't handle the taste. I don't think I will be drinking anymore of that nasty stuff. Some people may be able to hack it, I can't.

Syntrax nectar, Isopure, and GENEPRO are my best friends.

I just started puréed food yesterday and was able to get most of my Protein from food. For bkfst I made a green strawberry & spinach smoothie with coconut Water and a scoop of Genepro. Each scoop is only a tbsp and 30g protein. You can add it into anything, it's great. A lot of times I add it to unsweetened applesauce.

Then for a mid-morning snack I used a Hillshire Snacking pack (grilled chicken bites) and puréed the chicken with the honey mustard dipping sauce. Each pack is 15g protein and 120 cal. It was delicious.

lunch was a pack of lemon pepper tuna mixed with a couple tsp mayo, puréed. That was only about 123 cal and 18g protein.

And dinner I puréed some grilled chicken and hummus, with a couple of pitted kalamata olives thrown in. That was about 200 cal and 20g protein.

In between all of that I drink as much water or Syntrax Nectar (if I need protein) as I can. Some days I don't hit 64 oz but I try to get as close as possible. Syntrax makes it easier to hit liquid and protein simultaneously.
