  1. Talk with your doctor!i think I read that we should not take any extended release Meds. So maybe dr can change yours to not be X-r
  2. I am 5'11 and started at 470 and was sleeved on 2/16/16 and weighed in at 371 last week. I had a bit of pain after surg. But I feel great now. I'm swimming, bike riding and walking more each day. Take it a day at a time.

  4. I started at a very high weight, I'm off of all blood pressure Meds, soon to go off last diabetic Med., and all other Meds for nerve damage they have me on a third of the dose. I have been diligent about the protein first and have eaten very little starch products. I m still working to get the water intake up. When I do drink water it's usually electrolyte water because my potassium drops to low quickly. Other than that I'm way more active than I have been in a long time.

  8. I was sleeved on 2/16/16 I'm doing great. Down 95 lbs,swimming, biking, and walking more everyday. How are you doing?
  9. I had surgery on 2/16/16 and as of Thursday may 19 I'm down 91 lbs. I'm biking,meal king more and swimming. So excited to be making progress.
  10. Yes my surgeon did and the surgery went beautiful.
  11. I was having difficulty with fluids so started using low cal Gatorade and electrolyte water and slowly I was able to get more liquids down. I'm ten weeks out and am down over 60 lbs. just check with her team about low fat Gatorade instead of sugar free drinks. I just can't handle the sweeteners.

  18. I had my one month post op appt on Thursday 3/17 and I was down 49 lbs. I'm very excited.
  19. I joined the losers side on 2/16 and had my first post appt today and it was exactly two weeks since last weigh in and I'm down 29 lbs. I'm very excited.
