So on Sunday I woke up and couldn't move from using both the elliptical and stairstepper back to back...and Monday I took the day off. I may be back in the gym tonight. I'll keep you guys updated. I gotta get this ticker moving! We're almost half way through the month and I'm not even close to half way there!!! I better make it or I'll be really disappointed!

YES!!!!!!!!!! So yesterday I got back to the gym, 60 minutes on elliptical and this morning 35 minutes on stationary bike and 30 minutes on elliptical!!! I feel so much better. I don't even know why I didn't go for 4 days in a row. I finally feel like my ticker is moving.

Theres a beginner spinning class at my gym and I'm thinking of taking it on Sunday, so if I get to go I'll let you all know how it was!

Hey all I had my surgery Aug.8, 2007. 9 days ago. I've just been walking up & down the sidewalk to get my strength back 7 today I finally went stir crazy & went to Wal-mart. Did alot of walking in there & wore myself out. I need to get an exercise program going but all I can do right now is walk. To tell ya the truth that's about all I could do before surgery without falling dead on the pavement & so I haven't exercised in years. So wish me luck I need lots of encouragement to get off my rump to help get this weight off. So do most of you ride bikes? My rump wouldn't fit on a bike.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
