Manometry and pH study

I am in the process of being worked up for surgery and to make sure I am a good candidate for the Sleeve I have had to do many tests including an endoscopy, a manometry test, a 24hr pH study, and an upper GI. The endoscopy and upper GI were normal. The manometry test showed that I have a "Jackhammer" esophagus, and the 24hr pH study came back as "abnormal". Does anyone know if this will eliminate me as a good candidate or not? Has anyone else have this problem? Thanks!
