Book featured in "All of Me"

In the film, All of Me, Judy had a book on her desk which was something to do with Emotional Eating. It looked well-thumbed. Does anyone know what it was? She's done so well that anything that helped her should be useful.

thanks,

Pam

I believe it was The Emotional First Aid Kit by Cynthia Alexander. At least that was the only one I remember seeing in the show.

It's a must read for weight loss surgery people! Even at 18 months out, I still refer back to it.

You may have to try a local library. Amazon.com carries it for $20 and change, both new and used, but is out of stock. Other booksellers want scalper prices for the book. Kindle has it for $9.99 through Amazon.
