Lactose free milk....make your own

May have been posted here in a thread before but just in case...

After sleeving it is possible if one did not have lactose intolerance before, they will after. Resulting in very loose motions!

One can buy lactose free milk usually @ very inflated prices OR

buy a product called lacteese, lactase or similar from the pharmacy & fix their normal priced whole milk, to be close to lactose free.

I use the liquid form [16 drops to 2 litres] & will go through that in 2 or 3 days as iced decaf coffee....good food, IMO.
