Pod4 and still very full of GAS!

How long does it take for this gas pain to stop? Ive used the gas x strips...no go. They work for a short time only. Also...this is day 6 of no BM....I have taken miralax with no results. I need help. This is making life so miserable. Suggestions??

Are you walking? I found that walking helped immensely with gas pain. As far as no BM, you are 6 days out of surgery so I'm guessing you're on a liquid diet. Be patient, it will happen.
