Loss of taste

Hi Everyone,

I was sleeved on the 31st of Dec 2015, a bit more than a week ago. Since 2 days ago, i've started to lose my sense of taste. I'm not sure if this is related to the surgery but i don't have a flu or a blocked nose that may be causing this. Have any of you experienced this before?

I'm hoping my sense of taste will come back soon. At the moment, my tongue can't taste the difference between a spoon of medicine to a spoon of delicious Soup other than its texture. This is scary! I hope it's not going to be like this forever.
