Band to bypass very soon

Hi all I'm in the uk and had the band fitted around 10 years ago never really worked for me ???? so now paying for a bypass, and was thinking ???? will this work? With the cost of 11k I can't afford it not too!

I see lots of people now having the bypass after the band. Would love to hear from others that have had it done.

Thanks guys ????

I had my band for nearly 11 years when I had it removed and converted to bypass in September 2014. I am at goal weight now for the first time in my life. The bypass has been absolutely fantastic for me and sooooo much different and better than the band. I guess it doesn't work for everyone, but overall is much more successful than the band. Good luck. It was a great decision for me!
