I don't think it matters but I never asked at the docs office. For the liquid diet I have to follow today for surgery Wednesday it just says 9am - Crystal light. There isn't a set amount or limit right? I tend to drink that and Water by the gallon. I assume the more the better but figure better safe that sorry!

@@Leesa926 - call your doctors office or if you had to pre-admit like I did contact that person. I was told all the water I wanted until midnight. I was "first in" the next morning. HYDRATE as long as possible is my suggestion. I do believe you will have a cut-off time.

Hi @@jane13 I believe we both used Dr. Uchal no? I wasn't concerned with the cut off time more so amount i.e how much crystal light. I will call to make sure. Thanks!!

@@Leesa926 - YES!!! Ask Tami she will let you know. I had to wait until almost lunch time the next day for water. IT WAS MISERABLE. Are you going to Southside or Riverside?
