Empty band getting filled again

Hello.

I was banded in May of 2010 and lost 40lbs in the 4 months following. I have not lost or maintained any additional weight lost. In Aug 2015 my Dr removed all the Fluid due to strange stomach pains I was having. I'm excited that he'll be filling me up again on Monday morning. Although I don't know what to expect. I'm hoping to drop another 40 lbs-50lbs and be at my goal weight.

Thanks for reading guys.

It's great that you have the opportunity for a fresh start. I'm not sure what you mean, though, about not knowing what to expect. I'd think that you'll be filled gradually rather than having a major infusion, but I don't know if your doctor is a cowboy about adjustments. Or is it something else that you're questioning?
