Blue Cross Blue shield of Texas anyone?

undefinedundefinedWell,I talked to my doctors office yesterday( Dr.Cribbons, Plano Presby Hospital. They had sent my request to the insurance via certified mail about two weeks ago and have still not received acknowledgement that the letter had been received. The office is in Dallas and so they should have receive the request the next day. Doc's office said they are going to resubmit again today. I just want to get it over with. Do any of you have this insurance? If so, what was your experience?
