I just recently got my lap band removed October 27th 2015 (2.5 weeks ago) and STILL CAN NOT eat solid foods. water barely goes down! the first week I could barely drink HOT liquids. & I was hospitalized for dehydration. I had my band removed because It was way to TIGHT! with a slight inflamed esophegus (due to throwing up) and the band is OUT now and STILL throwing up constantly. some days are good and I can eat mushies and soups but majority of the days are horrible I throw up water and coffee first thing in the morninng, as the day progresses it seems to open up more at night and i can eat a little bit. Does any body else have this problem? My surgeon wants to scope the stomach- they send a camera down and a balloon and blow it up to open the stomach back up?? please help
