Pre-Op Diet Protein Shake Receipes - Can anyone share their recipes. I start this diet Wednesday.

Hi,

I start my pre-op diet this Wednesday. I am slowly trying to transition into this diet. Can anyone share their recipes. I want to be creative.

The Nutribullet is just an amazing tool to start with . starting with a base of almond milk Silk, I add kale, spinach, strawberries and a tbsp of natural peanut butter. Then a scoop of protein powder. I have tried them all and I swear by Chocolate Muscle Milk powder. Use the light version for less sugar.

I use Isopure Zero Carb vanilla Protein, with unsweetened almond milk (I can't tolerate dairy or soy, and the almond milk has fewer carbs/calories than dairy anyway). I change it up by adding a small amount of flavored sugar-free pudding or Jello mix (maybe 1/6 of the box). strawberry, raspberry, lime, lemon, banana and peach have all been yummy! I've also got Syntrax nectar chocolate Truffle, and I add a tbsp of PB2 powder or a tbsp of sugar-free coffee flavor ( da vinci or Torani have a lot of them)
