A special thank you to... Dr. Pesta from McLaren Macomb Hospital in Michigan. His office and surgery staff, Nancy RN who kept me calm before surgery and especially... Sandi RN and my RN who due to all the meds I think was Pat? (You were with me from the start getting me into my private room after recovery). I will update name later when I find out. Great program at this hospital!
