@@jess9395 great job, full, half or sprint?

I'm not near full or half ironman level! I don't even have a road bike, just my mountain bike. That's the next step... Shopping for one now!

This was a sprint--which I realize aren't standard length since each one I've done has been a different length! This was .75 mile swim, 15 mile bike and 5k run.

I'm a runner first so I always wish that part was longer, swimmer second and I don't know if my biking will ever be up to snuff for longer distance.

@@jess9395 - I like sprints and 5K's. The risk of injury is low, they are challenging and an upcoming race is always motivation, I have one Sunday and that's why I've been running more than usual.

I have the same issue. My stomach is larger than the rest of my body. But, it always has been. I know that it will continue to go down in size just like everything else. And as far as yoga, I say do it! I was always intimidated too, but I said screw it and went last week to my first yoga class and LOVED IT! I say do it. Don't let anything hold you back!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
