Hello I'm new to this I had my surgery 10/7/15 I had the sleeve done and feel lost and it's hard to talk to family and friends about this because they are just as lost as you. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Make sure to take a lot of rest first and not think of what others will say. Walk a lot because this will help you heal faster. Remain positive and think of a great future coming your way because you decided to change your life style. It is not easy but it is worth it!
