Mi doctors has allowed my diet to be protein shakes and meals under 300 cals. Tonight I start my full liquid first and Monday all clears. I am a bedside nurse and work graveyard, how did you guys deal with the hunger while at work, my head already hurts and I feel am hungry and it's not head hunger.

Can you drink some broth? That really helped me get through. I had a 1 week full liquid (no food at all). Or maybe can you try an additional Protein shake?

Water has been my best friend especially when I mix it with the crystal light packs
