Where are all the single cat ladies?

Recommended Posts

So I am starting to believe they are a myth! I have been on dating sites and most women have dogs or don't like cats. WTH? where are all the single cat ladies that I always heard so much about? I'm a single cat guy so it's obvious that a single cat lady is my match. haha

They aren't looking to date, they are content with their lives.

You get a dog because you are looking to meet people. Dogs are the best ice breakers.

A cat chick is in the house with her bottle of Trader Joe's wine and a bowl of popcorn.< /p>

I never knew one person in my apartment apartment complex until I got a dog, now I know someone in almost every building.

I've had a dog before but I am more of a cat person. I don't want to worry about a dog being home alone while I work, I thought about getting one again just to get out and go for walks.

I am a single "cat lady", but I just don't currently have a cat. But, I also don't post on dating websites and am not currently dating. Maybe there is something in the idea that we are content.

I'm a cat chick! I have two babies, Sammi and Ian. I have never been without at least one kitty friend, as I think I would go insane without them. Unfortunately, I am also happily taken. :P You'll find your cat girl. She's out there somewhere right now, petting her cat and watching Netflix, wishing she had a sweet guy in her life who will love her kitties as much as she does. ^_^

You should move to Hawaii! There is an organization and a Meet Up group that feed the stray cats at a place I like to call "Cat City" - I volunteered and there are some gorgeous single cat ladies with amazing personalities!

(When I say cat ladies... some have 6+ cats on top of taking care of the 200+ in Cat City)

I'm a cat and dog lover. I've had both during different parts of my life. Hubby #2 was a cat lover and between us, we had four kitties. The worst part of the divorce was knowing I'd not see my furry babies on a daily basis. I knew I'd miss them alot more than him... :D

The cat ladies are out there @Daveo. You just have to look a little harder I think. I suspect that it's true...cats are often very content by themselves so why not their owners?

I'm a cat lady! Maybe you could volunteer at a pet shelter. I know some single cat ladies that do so. :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
