Sharing a fitness app I was put on to..

I found out about this app on another forum, it's called sworkit. I use the free version.

You can do a custom workout of yoga, stretching, cardio or strength training. It requires no equipment, and you can set your time.

Tried it today for the first time, cardio kicked my butt, but the beginner workout wasn't bad,but was hard!! I'm aiming for 10 minutes twice a day to start.

Tried it with my 11 year old, he loved it!
