I'm excited that my total gym arrived and is set and ready to go. Does anyone out there have one? What has your experience been as far as helping to stay fit while losing weight? How are you using it and how freequently?Any advice?

Dang it I wish I could help you. My husband brought me home a total gym blaze and I sold it on Craigslist two weeks later. It's big and It was too much for me to figure out. You could try to look up some videos on YouTube!
