New to board not banded yet

Hi everyone!

I have so many questions. First I am a little unsure how these posts work. When I recived an e-mail it says I will not get more until I visit the form again, but if I stay signed in it doesn't know when I've been back...right? If it doesn't show me all the responces how do I find them on here then? Sorry just a little confused.

Also how do you get all that info on your posts like your weight etc.?
