All day I have has the worst gurgling and cramping every time I drink anything. Broths, Popsicles, water. I finally broke down and had 4 small bites of scrambled egg and that finally seemed to smooth my aching stomach. I didn't want to eat too much I'm supposed to be on clear liquids! Could I have just damaged my pouch?

Doubtful you did any harm, but best to stay on program. I had same gurgling and, at 12 weeks, I still do. Use Gas-X! It works great! Don't fret your mistake, just don't repeat it without Drs. approval. Also, I was given a PPI to start at the one week point, were you (omeprazole)? If so, take it too!
