Third times a charm, surgery in 6 days, need a mentor

So in short, my story is: Lap band in 2005; gastric sleeve in 2008 and LAST surgery, Bypass scheduled for 9/14/15.

Been pretty tough on myself because of the past but still forging forward. Life is short, I don't want to have regrets with anything - so here's to finally working at it.

would love a mentor.

thank you

You do what is right for you, and leave the past in the past. I wish you all the best. :) I had my RNY on August 17th, almost exactly 3 weeks ago. Feel free to message me if you ever want to talk.

I read something the other day that really spoke to me because I'm really hard on myself. It said, the past is just a story now and as soon as you realize this you can let go and live in the moment and look ahead. Good luck!

I am 3 days post lap band to bypass revision happy to support been reading some great post on here, hoping to get home today. Think about the future don't dwell on the past x

What do you feel you need guidance with? How much are you looking to lose? What are your expectations going in?
