Foam wedges for bed? Any suggestions?

I'm having bypass sept 2 (yea) and remember from my sleeve surgery how difficult it was getting in and out of bed. I saw some wedges on Amazon but kind of $$$$. Any suggestions? Thanks

    I bought a wedge from amazon about 6 months ago for asthma and gerd, don't remember it being very expensive. i really like it, whatever it cost it was worth it. I am now day 22 and it is pretty comfortable
