3wk post op! how is everyone doing food wise, excerise, protein, water intake?

Hey Everyone!

I'm new to this website. I'm excited to fine a place where I can vent, and get answers to my questions.

so I'm eating "soft foods" and I haven't started exercising- however my NUT said I could start some light activity if my stomach is no longer sore. I want to start lifting weight and also doing abs. guys think its too soon?

do you guys think I can start taking gummy Vitamins? what about take capsules? I hate taking the powdery sh*t with pudding or apple sauces. ugh  I just rather swallow that crap!

I feel pretty good for the most part. So Im going to start walking and doing some weights. are you able to swallow pills ( the gallstone medication and the re-flux one?) Im so tired of of doing the powder stuff.....one of the reason why i always miss taking my pill....

Yesss thats great!!! Enjoy your Salmon!!!

Hi,

I have been on gummy Vitamins since the beginning per my Dr. I would be lying if I said I have stuck to an all Protein diet....but confident I still eat less then 800-1000 calories a day (this is 3 weeks out going forward).

I am starting to feel much better and it does not hurt every time I eat now which is a relief.

I try to get in all my liquids and Proteins but find it difficult most days especially since I was told to drink/eat 30 minutes apart.

Overall I am 4+ weeks out and in a stall which I have read is normal....

thanks for the response!
