Loose Skin Prevention/Hair Loss

Hey y'all!!! Newbie here! I'm 7 days post sleeve. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for preventing loose, saggy skin. Supplements, exercises, undergarments, anything. I know it's to be expected. I'm looking to lose between 100-120lbs. I've had 2 babies so I already have my fair share of loose skin and would really like to prevent the need for post loss surgery (although I'm definitely not ruling it out). I'm naturally narrow waisted so I carry all over. Upper arms, thighs, lower abdomen, neck, back (EEK!!) OH!! Hair loss! I know it's going to happen and it's to be expected. Anything I can do now to make it less dramatic? I have pretty thin hair as it is. Thanks for the help!

I still lost hair and had a ton of loose skin (but a body fat of 18%!)

It's genetics and age and skin type. Not a lot you can do.
