Well folks Today it happened. This morning i weighed in at 199.6 , i even took a picture of the scale reading that. The emotions were powerful but amazingly fulfilling.

Id like to thank everyone here who has helped, cajoled, encouraged or offered advice , for what you have done to help me get to this point.

Through surgery, nutrition, exercise and help from my friends, family, and you all I have reached this goal.

Now onward to my final goal.
