I have used it for over a year now. After my surgery I had a hard time tolerating any Protein drinks....could not stand Premier (I like them now). GENEPRO is still my go to for extra protein.I have been able to keep my Protein up...between keeping the protein up and Vitamins....I did not lose any hair...in fact my hair is thick like it was when I was young and I have curls...never had curls before. I have lost my hair with other surgeries in the past. I drink mine with Crystal Light.....I get in my protein and liquids at the same time. All of my blood work is good.

I use GENEPRO as well. I just had my 3 month lab work and the results were fantastic. I use this product everyday.

I bought some samples but I've also read some reviews saying it's false advertisement because of the 30g in a tablespoon seems impossible so I just wanted some feedback!!

It's the only Protein I've found that actually dissolves and doesn't alter the taste. I put it in my iced tea in the morning with some squirts of Dasani flavor drops- it's awesome.

Also good in coffee, scrambled eggs, and anything else with a liquid consistency! I have found it to be the best way to slip in extra Protein throughout the day!

Thanks for posting this! I am 8 days post op and have really been struggling with Protein. The shakes I drank pre op make me gag and I can't seem to stomach any of it. Read about this after seeing this post and ordered some. Will be here Thursday - hoping it solves my protein problems!

Hoping this works for you....remember you can add this to anything. Add it to your eggs, yogurt...etc. If you add it to hot...mix it with something first...it does better.

Got my GENEPRO today. Tried it with crystal light - wasn't terrible but I could taste a slight aftertaste. Going to try with coffee tomorrow. Still on liquids ( only 10 days po). Any tips from those that use it?

I'm 2 weeks post op. I mix GENEPRO with about two ounces of coffee and one cup of fairlife chocolate milk. I love it. It tastes like an iced mocha and gives me 43 grams of Protein. And it's not sickly sweet or thick like Protein Shakes.< /p>

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
