Question on puréed diet

So today is my first day on puréed! I am wondering if I should have a protein shake later for an"snack" as I have not really gotten my protein in today...for breakfast I had a little less than 1/4 cup cream of wheat made with milk and sprinkled with protein powder, lunch 1/4 cup-probably less of cottage cheese and 3 raspberries. Dinner I had made chili and picked out the beans and small meat and sprinkled a tiny amount of cheese-I measured out 1/4 c and ate maybe half and then measured out 1/4 c Greek yogurt that I added a little scoop of protein powder too but could only get in about three bites before being full. My sleeve seems to be very restrictive as I am never really hungry and can't get much in...not sure what to do??
