First visit June 8, surgery approved July 20th, scheduled for July 29th

I'm with BCBS of MA, PPO Elite plan, and it's been great. My total turn around for the approval/prep/surgery is a total of 45 days or so. I was approved 1 day after submission of the application. Very happy it's been this easy and quick. Of course I have all of the qualifiers (pre-hypertension, diabetes type II (borderline) and sleep apnea.

So, going in for surgery this coming Wednesday! Can't wait! :)
