Firstcare

Hi i forgot to add in my post that i already had my psychological evulation done and it came back that I would be a very good candidate for the lapBand, because I know so much in detail about the procedure and what my expectations are and so much other stuff, this was sent to my bariatric Center along with my inital application and questionaire that they gave out at the seminar I attended. I have high blood pressure, hyperlidemia (sorry about the spelling) I have DJD, diabetes type 2. My BMI is 40. I have been on a Dr. supervised diet going into my 7th month even though the Insurance company says it has to be for 6 months. I turned in all my medical records, except I have been seeing my current dr. just under 2 years now. I went back to my origianl Dr. to see about my medical records and well she moved her practice and they are not sure where all the old patients paper work is at and this really burns me up to a crisp and i am just praying that this does not hold me back, according to my insurance provider if it does not state 5 years of medical history in our manual then it is not required and well it is just not lised so I am hoping for the best.
