So my 90 pound dog jumped out of the shower when I was washing him and I had to drag him back and lift his front half in. I'm not hurting anywhere but how would I know if I hurt something inside me?? I'm freaking out and don't know what to do!!

If you popped any internal stitches or busted a gusset, you would be in serious pain.

Yikes be careful! I know I picked up a heavy bag today out of habit to get it out of the way then I was like oopsie! We must be careful so we can heal properly! Glad you are ok.
