Weightloss?

I was sleeved on July 10th and I am down 10 or 11 pounds. I feel like it should be more as I essentially am not eating-I probably average 300-500 calories as I am having a hard time getting protein shakes down due to fullness. I have been walking everyday sometimes 3-4 miles. Am I doing something wrong?

Nope. People lose at their own pace.

10 pounds down in 10 days is a pound a day. That's great. And it sounds like you are doing great with your calories and walking. I know it's hard getting your shakes and fluids in at first because everything is so swollen, but keep doing your best. You want to stay hydrated.

Keep plugging along and don't get discouraged. If you need to, stay off the scale for a while so it doesn't drive you crazy :)

@@Woodland4807 Part of your problem is your not eating, your body is in starvation mode it's extremely hard to lose in starvation mode. Everything is slowed down Your metabolism has probably all but stopped. Once you start eating it will adjust.
