Embarrassing tummy picture 8 months post-op!

  • Popular Post

Well I say embarrassing but not really. I'm pretty proud of the 90 yr old woman looking belly!! I've been asked a lot about how the stomach looks after losing so much weight....well here's mine. It's not perfect, I never expected it to be so I guess that's why it doesn't bother me to show it. I'm 34, I've had 3 c-sections and 5 wonderful VSG stabbings so to say my body/stomach has been through some trauma is an understatement. It's ok though, when the time comes if I feel I want it fixed then so be it but until then I'm not hiding her from the world anymore. Set goals, strive for excellence but remain realistic and you won't be disappointed. Be proud of what you have/are accomplishing. We can be our own worst critics! PS: There is a C-section roll hiding under those pants, don't be fooled!! :) My pup pup in the background is not impressed but I put him on a diet so...... ;)

@@samelton68 Keep working on it. I'm sure It could have looked better if I would have exercised but I just wasn't feeling it, now I have no choice!

I was lamenting my tummy roll today. I'm looking for a great, sexy semi formal, blinged out dress. Saw one. Tried on the 12, that would have been perfect except my tummy prohibits it. Oh well.

And I have GOT to get back on track to reach my goal. I've been eating more than I should, including a few carbs. I actually gained a few pounds. Aaagh. Help. Pray.

@@Dr-Patient Hey at least you caught on to it before it got out of hand. Sometimes it's hard to keep going but I look at my old "naked" pic to keep up the motivation, it works! I won't be sharing those ;)

@@Elode Yea. And I'll take my current naked pic over my obese naked picture (>75 pounds ago). I'll get the rest off...before a big party in August.
