Hi everyone I am so exited but nervous at the same time because I am in the appeal phase with my insurance. I am however within the criteria as far as my BMI I am now waiting for my sleep study results....

Has anyone been through the appeal process? Also is there a lot of pain after surgery?

Welcome aboard! Been through the approval process and my surgery date is drawing ever near. Didn't have to appeal. Did have to major in waiting and minor in exasperation along the way. But as a pre op I can't address the rest of your questions.

has anyone ever had an abdominal pasty then bypass? Just curious I had the worst pain after that surgery just wondering what kind of pain do you feel after a bypass never thought I would have to go through this surgery but boy do the pounds creep up on you lol
