Need help: wondering how bad loose skin and how "the girls " are after surgery in your twenties

Hello hello so I'm really needing help I am getting surgery on the 20th and my biggest concern is my boobs and loose skin ! I'm wondering how bad loose skin is for someone in there twenties after surgery?! Please help
