Back from vacation

Hi everyone. I am back from vacation feeling fresh and new. I had a great time. Yes... I drank and eat some good food. (Not much of each though but enough to enjoy). I don't miss eating lots of food like I thought I would. I have learned that a mouthful of a variety is just as good. For the first time in years, I looked decent on the beach in my bathing suit. I work so hard trying to eat right and work out. It makes me smile to see the results. The fun is over now so I am back on the grind. How is everyone?

being on vaca- a bite here and there (not overduing) i think is fine
